Our meen kuzhambu prepared in munchatti after cleaning fish with crystal salt to remove the smell and prepared with tamarind sauce, small onions and other spices to get the perfect fish kulambu taste. Rain or shine we will have a mango slice in our fish kulambu. No fish kulambu is perfect without a mango slice and small onions.
